Staff were very attentive. I am a wheelchair user, the staff were informed and were happy to assist.

"We traveled from Newton Aycliffe for afternoon tea, its not the first time, we've never had a bad tea here, but all 4 of us agreed this was certainly the best by a country mile
We frequently visit many restaurants through out the North East for evening meals and afternoon tea, one of the best is the South Causey Inn near Stanley
Let me tell you this was up there and maybe exceeded it

"Myself and my 3 sisters went for Afternoon Tea as a birthday treat and it was absolutely amazing. I must say it was definitely the best one we have had and the service we received just made it more special and in lovely surroundings.
